What Is Contract Processing?

Contract processing — also called toll manufacturing or toll processing — means you provide the formulation, specification, or raw materials, and we manufacture it for you. You retain ownership of your process and product; Elrisa provides the expertise, equipment, and facility.

This is ideal for companies that:

Toll Manufacturing

You supply the raw materials or feedstocks, we process them into your specified product. Full confidentiality maintained. Suitable for chemical intermediates, extracts, and refined specialty chemicals.

Custom Blending & Formulation

We work with your chemists to blend, modify, or formulate chemicals to your exact specification — incorporating bio-based components such as CNSL, cardanol, vegetable oils, or other renewable feedstocks.

Pilot Batch Production

Discuss Your Requirements

Contact us with your project details — what you need produced, what raw materials you have, your target volumes, and any specific quality or specification requirements. NDAs can be signed upfront.

Feasibility & Proposal

We assess technical feasibility using our facility and equipment, review your formulation or specification, and provide a detailed proposal covering process, timeline, pricing, and quality controls.

Pilot Batch & Validation

We run a pilot batch, provide you with samples and test data for approval. Any formulation adjustments are made at this stage before scaling. You maintain full control over your IP throughout.

Commercial Production & Delivery

Once approved, we move to full-scale production and agree on a delivery schedule. Products are packaged to your specification and dispatched — within Ghana, across West Africa, or for export.
