Build the Future of
African Chemistry

We're a small, ambitious team turning agricultural residues into world-class specialty chemicals. We don't have an open position right now — but when we do, we post it right here. Check back soon.

Why People Choose to Work Here

We're building something rare — a science-first specialty chemicals company rooted in Africa. Here's what that means for you, day to day.

Real Science, Real Impact

Your experiments go from bench to product. You'll see your formulations in industrial use — not sit in a drawer.

Grow From Day One

In a growing company you wear more hats and learn faster. There's no bureaucracy between you and the work that matters.

Global Reach, African Roots

Our products serve international markets. You'll collaborate with customers and partners across continents.

Purposeful Work

We're building a sustainable industrial future for Africa. If that excites you, you'll fit right in here.

How to Stand Out

  • Tell us specifically which polymer systems or chemistries you have hands-on experience with — names of resin types, methods used, or products you helped develop.
  • Show us you're curious. Mention what drew you to bio-based or specialty chemistry, even if you're early in your career.
  • Your cover letter doesn't have to be formal. Write like you're talking to a colleague — be direct about why you want this specific role at this specific company.
  • Entry-level welcome. If you're 0 years post-graduation with a strong academic chemistry background, apply. We care about aptitude and attitude.

Include in your application: Your CV / resume, a cover letter (even a brief one), and any relevant project work, thesis, or publications if available.

Stay on Our Radar

No open roles right now — but we're growing. If you're passionate about bio-based chemistry and want to be considered when a position opens, send us a speculative application. We keep every CV on file.
