We're a small, ambitious team turning agricultural residues into world-class specialty chemicals. If you want your work to matter — not just to a P&L but to an entire continent's industrial future — this is where you belong.
We're building something rare — a science-first specialty chemicals company rooted in Africa. Here's what that means for you, day to day.
Your experiments go from bench to product. You'll see your formulations in industrial use — not sit in a drawer.
In a growing company you wear more hats and learn faster. There's no bureaucracy between you and the work that matters.
Our products serve international markets. You'll collaborate with customers and partners across continents.
We're building a sustainable industrial future for Africa. If that excites you, you'll fit right in here.
We believe in being transparent. Here's exactly what the role involves, what we're looking for, and what you can expect.
Polymer Innovation & Product Development — Reporting to the R&D Director

Preferred Experience (any of the following is a plus)
Hands-on involvement in research from concept through commercialization
Professional growth opportunities in a fast-moving specialty chemicals environment
